3 cans french cut green beans
1 can French’s french fried onions
3 cans Campbell’s Cream of mushroom soup
2 cups white rice
Step 1 – Open, then drain the green beans as much as possible so there is no excess liquid remaining
Step 2 – Take the french fried onions and crush them into fine pieces with your hands. Throw out any hard pieces.
Step 3 – In large casserole dish, combine the green beans, french fried onions and soup thoroughly.
Step 1 – Cook the 2 cups of rice according to pkg directions. Once done, set aside.
Step 1 – Place the casserole dish in the over and bake on 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Stir the mixture every 15-20 minutes.
Once the casserole is done, remove it from the oven to rest for approximately 10 minutes, then serve over white rice.
